Panel Systems

In data centers, panel systems form the foundation of energy continuity, safe distribution, and operational stability. These systems ensure energy is transferred from the source to end-user equipment in a continuous, safe, and controlled manner. At ERFA Information Technologies, we consider panel systems not just as energy distribution components, but as the brain of the system. Each design is prepared according to load management, redundancy, protection coordination, and power quality principles.

Panels fully integrated with UPS and generator infrastructures that ensure power continuity in data centers are configured to respond quickly to instant changes in critical loads. High-current busbar systems are optimized through selectivity analysis and thermal balance calculations, maximizing both fault isolation and safe maintenance scenarios.

When designing panel projects, ERFA engineers consider compliance with IEC 61439, TSE, and EN 60204 standards, IP protection class selection, short-circuit withstand, and insulation coordination. Each panel is equipped with features such as automatic transfer (ATS), energy measurement, harmonic monitoring, power factor correction (PFC), and remote alarm management. This ensures power flow, distribution, redundancy, and monitoring are integrated into a single system.

After installation, all connections are verified using torque measurements, thermal camera scans, and functional tests. Panels are integrated with SCADA or DCIM systems, enabling remote monitoring of real-time energy flow, load distribution, fault codes, and environmental parameters. This systematic approach allows early detection of potential energy imbalances and effective implementation of predictive maintenance plans.

ERFA Information Technologies ensures that panel systems provide scalable and sustainable energy infrastructure for data centers through modular expansion, dual bus topology, and smart metering technologies. Each project is designed with the goal of a long-lasting, safe, and low-operating-cost energy management structure.

ERFA engineers shape panel projects based on field load analyses and energy distribution topologies. Each panel is equipped with smart metering devices and automation modules to monitor power flow, manage redundant source transfers, and isolate fault points. Materials used are certified according to IEC, TSE, and EN standards.

“Power management is in the details — ERFA manages energy safely and sustainably.”

After installation, each panel is verified through functional tests, busbar connection torque measurements, IR thermal scans, and selectivity analyses. Integration with DCIM and SCADA systems enables remote monitoring of each power circuit, allowing pre-fault alerts, optimized maintenance cycles, and prevention of operational interruptions.
